  SHIPPING INFORMATION 

1) WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO? 

We ship to wherever you need to deliver to! 

2) WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS OhWow OFFER? 

We use Honest Bee for Singapore deliveries and we offer international shipping services.   

We are unable to accept orders for P.O. Box addresses. We are not responsible for shipping information submitted incorrectly during purchase. Subsequent delivery attempts will be subjected to additional charges, to be borne by the purchaser. 

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to courier's inability to deliver to your shipping address. Additional charges to redeliver would be borne by the Purchaser.

Self Pickup is available. The address is 25 Bukit Batok Crescent #08-03. We are open Monday to Friday between 9.30am to 6pm. Please call us 24 hours in advance. 

3) HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? 

1. Local Customers (Singapore)
Due to the rising complaints, we no longer provide Singapore Post. We use Honest Bee for our deliveries. Options are available to suit your needs.

a)     Singapore – Honest Bee $4.50
The lead time is expected to be within 3 working days from pick up. You cannot choose the time slot.
 

b)     Singapore – Scheduled Time Slot $7.00

You can select the day and time slot to deliver to your preferred location. You can choose the time slots (12pm-2pm, 2-4pm, 4-6pm, 6-8pm and 8-10pm).

Do take note that delivery is available on the 2nd working day after your order has been paid.  
Once order is paid, kindly SMS your order and preferred date and time by 3pm to 9018 6984. Should your sms be sent late, we will arrange for the next working day.  

c)     Singapore – Weekend Delivery $7.00
You can select the weekend date and time slot to deliver to your preferred location. You can choose the time slots (12pm-2pm, 2-4pm, 4-6pm, 6-8pm and 8-10pm). Do take note that delivery is available on this weekend, after your order has been paid.  

Once your order is paid, kindly SMS your order and preferred date and time by 3pm to 9018 6984. Should your sms be sent late, we will arrange for the next weekend.


Purchaser is liable for additional shipping costs if the order is to be sent in separate shipments or re delivery is to be made.
 (Free shipping is excluded when we are doing special discounts/deals. You can check if free shipping is available once you checkout) 

Kindly take note that an additional shipping fee is required for any address change. Please ensure you check your shipping address when you confirm your order. 

For special delivery requests, kindly email us customerservice@ohwow.sg, upon receipt of your order confirmation email. Please provide your order number, date of purchase and contact details too.
 

Store Pickup Option is available for Singapore Orders on Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 9.30am to 6pm. Please call our office at 6254 4998. To ensure the promptness of self-pick up, please call 24 hours prior to your visit. If you would like to change to courier, please top up the additional shipping fee.

 2. International Customers
Upon checkout, you can view the estimated shipping costs, for 500 grams. We use DHL as courier for all countries, except Singapore and Malaysia. Delivery will take 3-5 working days. As this is an estimated cost, our customer service will contact you for the actual shipping costs of your choice if your parcel weighs more than 500 grams. 
 

For Malaysian Customers, delivery would take 2-4 working days and is free with purchase of $100, subject to maximum 500g.
An additional fee of $4 would be charged for every 500g. Please remember to put your local mobile number in Malaysia as contact.

We ship to residential addresses and working addresses only. For international delivery, overseas purchasers are responsible to ensure that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country before placing any order. The recipient is responsible for any customs fees or import duties on items ordered from overseas, that is imposed by your home country.

 4) HOW LONG WOULD MY ORDER TAKE TO REACH ME? 
All orders will be processed by the next 3 working days. For local delivery, Honest Bee will take at least 3 working days. Kindly take note that this estimated shipping time is not applicable to pre-order items. 

Duration for international delivery would take 3-5 working days. Do note that we are not liable for any delayed deliveries caused by the courier services. 
 

 5) WHEN DO WE DELIVER? 
All orders, excluding pre-orders, are processed and shipped locally within 7 working days after payment is received. We operate daily from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays. This would not be applicable for any pre-orders made.

 6) AM I ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDERS? 
You will receive an SMS by Honest Bee to inform you that your order is ready to be shipped. You can then estimate its arrival date. With the given tracking number, you can also track via https://honestbee.sg/goodship/track-order

If your order does not arrive after 7 working days from your last notification (for local Purchases; and 10 days for overseas purchases), please email us customerservice@ohwowsg.com and quote your order number and date of purchase. 

7) RE-DELIVERY 

All deliveries will be attempted once. Subsequent delivery attempts will be subjected to additional charges, to be borne by the purchaser. 

8) DELIVERY OF INCORRECT ORDER OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS 

Kindly contact customerservice@ohwow.sg and quote your order number and date. Claims have to be made within 3 working days upon delivery receipt.


9) PRE-Order
Thank you for your pre-order and support. The pre-order arrival dates are a best estimate, determined by the factory. We are unable to guarantee the actual arrival dates as this is subject to uncontrollable factors, including factory delay and weather constraints. We seek your patience and understanding.
